With a focus on building high-impact partnerships with brands like United Airlines and DXL, He oversees the organization’s logistics and community outreach, working tirelessly to bridge the gap between corporate generosity and local needs.

Jeremiah Banks
Jeremiah Banks is the Co-Founder of Serve Aurora, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's mission of mobility and community dignity. He oversees the strategic operations of the Mobile Resource Center and the specialized Safety and Security program, ensuring professional-grade protection and resource delivery across Aurora. Working alongside Alexander L. Nieves, Jeremiah is a key architect in scaling the Viva la Isla del Encanto Festival and fostering elite corporate partnerships.

Derrick Deleon
Derrick DeLeon is a community leader committed to bringing together the most impactful and influential individuals to create real change at the highest levels. He believes that when strong leaders collaborate, communities grow stronger, opportunities expand, and meaningful progress becomes possible. As a team builder and connector, Derrick focuses on uniting visionaries, entrepreneurs, and creators to build powerful networks that uplift and empower the entire community.

Justin Diaz
Justin Diaz Professionally known as J.EX is a dynamic creative force and the Co-Director of Entertainment for Serve Aurora. A staple of the Aurora and Denver music scene, Jex uses his influence as a recording artist and performer to bridge the gap between community resources and cultural celebration. Alongside Co-Director Derrick DeLeon, he is responsible for the creative direction and stage production of the Viva la Isla del Encanto Festival, ensuring that local talent and Puerto Rican heritage are spotlighted on a professional stage.

Marco Bonilla
Marco Bonilla is a dedicated community leader and the entrepreneur behind MAB Prints, a veteran- and Latino-owned business specializing in professional branding and custom apparel. As the Ex-Officio President of the PRCC Advisory Council, he leverages his expertise in small business advocacy and strategic design to strengthen the partnership between local businesses and Serve Aurora.

Chris Strable
Chris Strable is the CEO of Money Gang Entertainment and serves as the Director of Event & Entertainment for the Serve Aurora board. With a career spanning multiple states, he has successfully managed diverse artists and produced numerous high-profile shows. Chris is dedicated to elevating the city’s entertainment strategy through his expertise in talent management and event production. He is passionate about leveraging his industry experience to foster a vibrant cultural landscape for the community.
